Hey hey, my favorite techie! 💛
Before I start today’s love note, can I just say I’ve missed you! Like, seriously. I know you missed me too (don’t lie 😌). I have so much to share, so buckle up.
It’s the second half of the year. Some people are celebrating wins, others are in full “refire” mode, reassessing, restarting, recalibrating.
Wherever you fall, here’s the truth: you still have 6 solid months to make this year count. It’s not too late. Not even close.
But that’s not even why I’m here. Today, I came with something different, raw and important.
Let’s talk about time.
How do some individuals not only live through time but even after?
Let’s take a look at Isaac Newton, being long gone still continues to shape our world with the concept of gravity, Fanny Crosby who died in 1915 still blesses us today with hymns like "Blessed Assurance" and "To God Be the Glory," or the legacy of Steve Jobs' iPhone which continues despite his death in 2011.
These people didn’t just do things. They built things that transcended their lifetime.
Their art. Their songs. Their science. Their words. Their obedience.
Still speaking. Still helping. Still changing lives.
They cheated time.
So here’s my heart for you today:
Bless the world with your life.
Don’t just work
leave an imprint on time.
Don’t just finish the project
let your work echo across generations.
Write more. Sing more. Post more. Draw more. Code more. Teach more. Encourage more.
Create with intention.
Please, I beg you, don’t hide your light. Stop your creativity from rotting in your journal. Post your work and leverage the gift of technology.
Let your obedience, your gifts, your voice bless your generation and the ones coming after.
My message today is simple:
Leave your footprint in time.
Let your creativity live on.
With joy, urgency, and all my love,
Your #1 cheerleader,
Esther from CIT
P.S: If this stirred something in you, share it with someone who needs the reminder. Let’s build boldly for Christ and for our world.
